Responsibilities and Achievements:
-Contribute to the mobile phone design & development of new spyder jackets product handsets utilizing in class tools to develop innovative solution to design challenges.-Identify design issue & determine design direction, goals and planning tasks for segments of engineering programs.-Generate & maintain program schedule for own tasks & responsibilities.-Determine & implement changes to enhance design or meet functional specification.-Soliciting guidance/feedback as necessary to improve performance.-Design & conduct experiments using statistical tools & techniques to confirm to product specification.-Develop & present test plans when problems arise, coordinating testing & data acquisition. Interface with program team members, suppliers & customers.-Negotiate tasks & schedules with other internal groups to ensure conformance to product schedule.
