1. Perfect, monitor and maintain the Quality Management System based on customer requirement and industry standard. 2. Take charge of the company polo shirts audit implementation and TPR9404 (including General Requirements such as GR326, GR1221 industry specifications) audit preparation from the second part -- our customer Verizon; work with the TL9000 project manager for the TL9000 Third Part Audit—Document System Introducing and ralph lauren polo shirts internal audit organization and implementation; and finally got the ISO9001 and TL9000certificates successfully；3. work with purchasing to select and qualify the supplier by spot-audit, and organize to implement supplier periodical evaluation and rating; 4. Daily nonconformance or potential nonconformance analysis and report in 8D format, monitoring until its closure; 5. the key testing parts in optical communication industry----test leads producing, management and controlling. And the critical raw material—adhesive epoxy experiment management. 6. New products tracing after which I will make the Initial Process Capability Cpk and Ppk Analyses , FMEA and Quality Control Plan for the products; also use the quality method like cheap ralph lauren polo shirts to analyze the daily quality issue handling and solve them.7.
